2. Share passenger and pet details
We collect the practical facts needed to assess the journey, including passenger contact details and information about the pet travelling.
3. Prepare the required documents
Our relocation experience helps make route readiness clear. Requirements depend on the pet, destination, timing and applicable authority rules.
4. Receive boarding details and depart
Once arrangements are confirmed, your coordinator shares the final departure and boarding information relevant to your flight.
