These terms explain the basis on which website information and charter enquiries are provided.
Enquiries and availability
Submitting a form does not create a confirmed booking. Routes, dates, fares, aircraft, cabin details and availability may change until supplied in a written booking confirmation.
Pet travel requirements
The passenger is responsible for supplying accurate information and complying with applicable authority requirements. Guidance from Elite does not replace instructions issued by government, airport or veterinary authorities.
Payment and flight-specific terms
Payment timing, cancellation conditions, baggage, pet allowance and other commercial terms are provided for the relevant flight before payment is requested.
Website information
We aim to keep published information accurate and current. The live departure status and written communication from your coordinator take priority over older screenshots or third-party references.
